Delivery Policy
 
Spiritual Readings
I aim to dispatch all spiritual readings via email within 14 days.  Where a postal reading has been requested, again, the reading will be dispatched within 14 days from receipt of the order.  Postal readings will be sent via Royal Mail, second class postage. Allowances should be made for any orders placed during weekends or national holidays, such as Christmas and New Year.
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to me being on holiday or working abroad, in which case I will work on the reading as soon as I am back in the UK.  In the event of me being away, notification will be posted on news page of the website.  Please check this before ordering any service.  Any feedback I get from you concerning your reading may be used for publicity purposes and may be shown in the guestbook area of this website.  If you do not wish for this to happen, please let me know.

 

Distance Learning
I aim to dispatch all distance learning course requests within 14 days.  These will always be sent via Royal Mail, second class.  Allowances should be made for any orders placed during weekends or national holidays, such as Christmas and New Year.
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to me being on holiday.  In the event of me being away, notification will be posted on the home page of the website.
 
Membership
All new memberships will run from the Sunday nearest the date of receipt of the request for membership of the website.  Deliveries of weekly messages will be dispatched no later than the Sunday prior to the week for which the message applies and will be sent via email.  Requests for guidance or mini readings will be dealt with and dispatched via email within 14 days of receipt.  Allowances should be made for any orders placed during weekends or national holidays, such as Christmas and New Year.

Returns Policy
I operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply let me know within 30 days from date of receipt of the service. I will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the service.
